  3. Preparation of the design brief (based on the information included in the building technical inspection report and the energy auditor’s recommendations, the initial work assignment is supplemented and the design brief is prepared for the selected architectural firm)

Financing acquisition

  1. Identification of current possible and most suitable sources of funding:
    1. Local government support programmes;

Commissioning – Final report

  2. Review of final documentation, submission to ALTUM and the funder.
