Project information

To improve the building’s energy efficiency, the works were carried out within the ALTUM support program and in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 880. Before construction began, a building renovation project and an energy audit were prepared.

Within the project, the following works were completed:

  • Insulation of the building’s external walls and plinth, with decorative finishing
  • Insulation of the basement ceiling
  • Insulation of the attic floor and walls
  • Renovation of the roof covering
  • Partial replacement of windows and doors
  • Renovation of the building’s balcony structures
  • Repair and decorative finishing of the ventilation chimneys
  • Installation of air supply valves in walls and windows
  • Renewal of the rainwater drainage system
  • Renovation of the building perimeter
  • Necessary renovation works of the water supply, sewage, and heating systems

Measured heating consumption after the building renovation is 54.87 kWh/m². The total heat energy saving is 69%.
